Mr. Ridder is a leading author on multi-sourcing skills, Industry 4.0 and cloud sourcing, winning the 2012 Gartner "Thought Leadership Award".
Frank Buytendijk is Research Vice President and Gartner Fellow in Gartner's Data & Analytics Group. He uses forward-looking methods to explore the boundaries of his field and acts as a research pioneer in the field of digital ethics and the social impact of technology. Mr. Buytendijk helps companies make the right technology decisions and avoid wrong decisions. He also deals with Data & Analytics.
