Amit is a senior analyst serving Customer Experience Professionals, and is based out of India. His research coverage includes customer journey mapping, customer experience design, customer experience measurement, and customer experience maturity. He is also keenly interested in usability, design thinking, and empathy. Amit has more than a decade of experience across communication design, usability and consulting. His work as a content architect at the design group of a leading Indian SI grounded him in the principles of design and design thinking. His content and usability experience working with clients across US, Europe, and Asia Pacific further provided him an opportunity to understand how humans interact with technology. The practice of always focusing on end-users gained him the life-long skill of thinking outside-in. More recently, he was consulting with clients on customer experience at one of the Indian tech consulting firms. He has experience in multiple industry domains such as banking, telecom, retail, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) with global organizations.
Charlie serves enterprise architecture professionals and offers strategic advice and guidance to Forrester clients in broad areas, including cloud (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, containers, and hybrid cloud management), big data (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning, and data management), IoT (e.g., protocols, IoT device OS, IoT software platforms), blockchain, business process management, DevOps, and open source software. He has rich experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and software delivery management, particularly in the China market. Charlie is also a key contributor to the consulting team that helps Forrester's clients address their business requirements and accelerate digital transformation. Charlie has extensive experience in program management, rich industry expertise, as well as a passion for helping customers achieve success.
Vikram leads the forecast team, which is responsible for producing all forecasts within M&S research. He is focused on the consumer commerce areas including retail, travel, and financial services. He is keenly involved in understanding the evolution of consumers' online behavior and technology adoption. Vikram came to Forrester Research through its acquisition of Jupiter Research, where he started in July 2000. Prior to Jupiter, Vikram worked at IRI, a leading market research company, where he worked closely with some of the leading CPG companies.
